Please note: Shipping to your country does NOT include customs duties and national taxes. An import fee (customs duties) or national taxes (like the VAT or regional sales tax in your country) may have to be paid for your order. If this is the case, these will be invoiced by the customs authority to you. Murena does not pay these duties and taxes; it is your responsibility to pay for them. Please see here for an overview of all countries to which we ship with duties and taxes Included and countries to which this is Excluded.
In addition, please note that for your country, return shipping may not be possible. We ship from our European warehouse. We accept requests for warranty repairs/exchanges, but return shipping costs for this will be your responsibility. Also, sometimes countries prohibit shipping electronics containing batteries. This too is completely at your risk; we ship phones to your country without any guarantuees for being able to accept returns or repair your device when it is broken. This is not an ideal situation and we are working to improve this, but we want to enable our fans in all countries to order our phones, which is why we are making it possible to order Murena devices under these conditions.
