Overview of the Role

As a PHP/JavaScript Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. You will work on both backend (PHP) and frontend (JavaScript), ensuring seamless interactions with MariaDB or PostgreSQL databases. You will also contribute to open-source projects by patching, improving, or extending existing solutions.

To excel in this role, you should be autonomous, detail-oriented, and passionate about web development and open-source contributions.

Develop and maintain PHP/JavaScript web applications Design and optimize database schemas (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Patch and improve open-source projects Work with Docker for development and deployment Collaborate with the team to improve application architecture	Strong PHP and JavaScript skills Proficiency in MariaDB or PostgreSQL Experience with modern web development (HTML, CSS) Willingness to contribute to open-source projects Ability to test and validate your own code Team player and problem solver Fluent in English	Experience with SSO (OpenID Connect) Knowledge of Nextcloud or similar platforms Familiarity with RESTful APIs Experience with GitLab CI/CD Experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)
